Discovery Workbooks

Six workbooks, one per part of the phone system. Each page here documents every field in the workbook: who fills it in, whether it's required, the allowed values, and a worked example.

Before the workbooks, answer the Pre-Discovery Questions — a short list where each answer maps to a setting we'd otherwise have to come back to you about. Most other workbooks reference the people in it by email, so filling it in first saves rework.
