The questions RX3 asks before the workbooks and the setup review meeting. Each one maps to a specific setting, so having the answers ready keeps the meeting short.
International calling requirements¶
Whether it's on for everybody, per user, or a per-country allow-list.

Voicemail check-in by PIN¶
Whether users need to dial in and check voicemail with a PIN from a desk phone or an outside line, or whether the Workplace app and email notifications cover it. Enabling dial-in also means the PIN Code Requirement rules have to be set.

Local emergency pool DIDs¶
One or two DIDs to reserve as the PSAP callback number for extensions without a local number.

Internal safety response team¶
Whether the client has a staffed emergency response team.

Location and network data¶
Street addresses plus public IPs, private subnets, BSSIDs and switch port data per site, structured to match internet egress.
