This section describes our practices regarding SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) text communications you receive from us.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive informational, transactional, and/or marketing text messages from us. These messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other technology.

You understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

How to Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive text messages by:

  • Providing your phone number to a representative and giving verbal consent.
  • Signing a physical form where you provide your phone number for this purpose.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply with the word STOP to any message you receive.

After you send the opt-out message, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from us after this confirmation unless you opt-in again.

If you are experiencing any issues with our messaging program you can get help directly by contacting us by email or phone.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us and your preferences. For example, marketing programs may send up to 4 messages per month, while transactional alerts (like appointment reminders or shipping notifications) will be sent as needed.

Message and Data Rates

We do not charge for the text messages you receive from us. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any charges that may be incurred from your mobile provider. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.

Information We Collect and Use

When you opt-in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number. We may also collect information about the messages you interact with, such as whether you opened a link. We use this information solely to provide the messaging service you requested, to personalize your experience, and for internal analytics. We will handle this data in accordance with our main Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Your Information

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through the SMS program with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information with our trusted third-party service providers (e.g., our SMS platform provider) who assist us in operating our messaging program. These service providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of providing services on our behalf.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this SMS/Text Messaging Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy. We encourage you to review this section periodically.
