You columns are yours to complete - all of them are required. RX3 columns we complete.

Before you start

How this workbook is used

This is a joint document. The customer supplies the people, endpoints, and analog ports; RX3 supplies numbering, device mapping, and the physical phone inventory. Complete the Users tab first - other workbooks reference people by Email Address.

Column ownership

AMBER headers are completed by the customer and are all required. NAVY headers are completed by RX3. Unlike the other workbooks, required columns are not starred - amber itself means required.

Number and MAC formats

Phone number columns are text-formatted - enter full E.164 (+17205551212). MAC addresses are 12 hex characters with no separators.

Tab relationships

Analog Ports keys to the Common Area tab: ATA MAC Address must match a Common Area MAC Address, and ATA MAC + Port must be unique. Inventory an ATA chassis as a single Common Area device; its individual endpoints are Analog Ports rows.

Triage flags

Shared Line, Call Queue, and Contact Center Agent are triage flags RX3 completes - the memberships themselves are captured in the Shared Lines and Call Queues workbooks.

Delete the example row

Row 4 of every tab is a formatted example shown in gray italic. Delete it before returning the workbook. The Example column below shows the same values.

One row per named user. Other workbooks reference people by Email Address, so complete this tab first.

Analog Ports tab

One row per analog port in use. ATA MAC Address must match a MAC Address on the Common Area tab, and ATA MAC + Port is the unique key. Fixed analog endpoints cannot report their location dynamically, so each needs a static E911 address on file.
